ONE STOP CENTRE
One Stop Centre (PKA) facilitates trade and some of its functions include:
- Consolidate and introduce the Best Practices for the logistics industry tocreate level playing field for all the players in Port Klang.
- Facilitate the establishment of port related business in Port Klang to enhance Port Klang’s throughput.
- Handle public enquiries and feedbacks on PKA service level.
- Organise dialogues with port users.
